I have a gift for meeting girls who want to do porn. Are there any companies out there that would pay me if I’m able to find them fresh talent?

Some of the larger production companies pay finders and other types of broker fees for finding talent, but most work through agencies.  If you have this sort of gift, you may want to consider starting your own agency, and charge agency fees for referring the talent.
