Question
Hello Dan,

I am developing an internet site.
While not registered, userr will not have any access to site.
By registering, user must agree, that he is 18 years of age or older by moment of registration.

Adult content of site is, that there will be allowed to upload sexual content photos - naked genitals, sex acts etc.

So registered users will be able to see other user profiles and their uploaded photos.

Another thing, there will be a "present shop" so user can send to any other user some kinky presents - dildos etc.

Primary question is: do I have to follow 2257 law? Or maybe my type of site does no go under 2257 and I can forget about it?

If 2257 does touch my type of site...
I have to collect user ID's containing their photo, birth date and name.
So could it be like a user is uploading a copy if ID when registering, so I keep all ID's in database?

one more question - 2257 is for US.
If my site is not allowed for US IP, so a user coming from United States is redirected to different site/age and is not able to access site. Then i can forget about 2257 as well?

Great thanks in advance!
Regards,
Ed.
