Very helpful advice I Found in here from you. Thank you.
I was wondering what are the NY state laws regarding adult performance. How would I be able to start producing lets say in NYC? , What kind of adult films would be safer for me to start producing so I don't get in any trouble.

There are no laws in New York specific to adult performance. There are several laws that can apply, however, including New York's penal law regarding prostitution (which you can find at http://prostitution.procon.org/viewbackgroundresource.asp?ResourceID=753). New York's obscenity law would also apply, which you can find here: http://www.moralityinmedia.org/nolc/stateObscLaws/newyork.pdf

Regarding how the law affects your personal endeavor, you MUST retain your own qualified legal counsel to assist you. It is far too risky to enter this business without one.
