Adult Film/Porn

Question
HI, I DID A PORN A YEAR AND A HALF AGO. I WENT TO LA TO MEET A MANAGER/PRODUCER. I RECIEVED THE CONTRACT AND I WASNT SURE ON SIGNING IT. WELL AFTER KNOWING THE AGENT A FEW HOURS AND RUNNING AROUND, WE ARRIVED BACK AT THE STUDIO WHERE HE SAID THERE WAS A GUY WAITING TO DO A SHOOT WITH ME. I WAS SHOCKED, EXCITED, AND NERVOUSE ALL AT ONCE. AT THIS I HAVE NOT SIGNED A CONTRACT. I DID DO THE SHOOT. (HAD A BLAST!) I WENT BACK TO MY HOTEL AND THOUGHT ABOUT IT ALL. I LOVED DOING PORN BUT I DIDNT TRUST THE MANAGER. I DECIDED TO LEAVE AND THINK ABOUT IT. HE WAS OF COURSE MAD AND I DIDNT GET PAID OR DID I SIGN THE COTRACT. I ASKED HIM LATER IN AN E-MAIL IF HE EVER PUT MY PORN OUT THERE AND HE SAID NO HE HAD TO HAVE MY ID AND SOCIAL FOR THAT. SO ONCE AGAIN I WASNT COMFORTABLE AND NEVER SENT ANYTHING. WELL A FEW MONTHS AGO A FRIEND OF MINE WAS ONLINE LOOKING AT PORN AND HE SAW ME. HE DIDNT KNOW I EVER DID ONE AND HE SAW IT. I HAVE SEARCHED FOR IT BUT THERES MILLIONS OUT THERE. SO WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I DO FIND IT OR IF I FIND IT.
THANKS FOR YOUR TIME, MELISSA

Answer
The best first step would be to have a lawyer send a letter to this manager demanding that any distribution of the film cease.  Unfortunately, once the film is on the Internet it is nearly impossible to completely have it removed, but you can do your best to search the Internet to find the sites that are hosting it.

If you'd like to discuss the specifics of what the demand letter should entail, and how to go about finding a lawyer to do this, feel free to contact me through www.adultwebsitelawyer.com.
