Please tell me the laws in colorado about starting a adult web site based in colorado. And any laws that u might think that i might need to know thanks for all ur help before hand..

There are several laws that may affect your site, and it really depends on the type of site you plan on running.

Colorado's prostitution laws are pretty strict:  http://prostitution.procon.org/viewbackgroundresource.asp?ResourceID=726  Depending on whether you are producing your own content, this may or may not apply to you.

You also need to consider the federal record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and its attendant regulations.

Do NOT get into this business without retaining a qualified attorney.  Fines and jail time are no fun.
