This is a question that I have answered many times before.  However, I will list my recommendations again:

- Check the adult classifieds in local adult/alternative publications, as well as online sites such as craigslist

- do a Google search for "porn jobs" (or other relevant search phrases), and try sites such as www.sexyjobs.com
