How do you figure out what actress and actors are paid?

Is it by day, by scene, or for the whole shoot? I know women are paid more but what is the ratio like?

Answer
Adult Film Performs are paid by the scene. The amount a female Performer earns will very greatly depending on the popularity of the girl in question and the type of scene she is performing in.

Male Performers may make a third...or less... of what the women do on any given scene.
