Question
I've been tossing around the idea of starting a porn site with myself and a few others as well. the site will contain just picture and no videos. I have and can get everything I need. only thing is I don't know anything about the legal documentation or anything I need to obtain. I am 18 years old and of age so I know I can do this, just don't know what else I need... also, I live in Texas, if that may have anything to do with it.

There are SEVERAL legal issues to consider, including having the right model releases, ensuring your activities don't constitute prostitution, complying with a federal recordkeeping and labeling law, as well as other considerations.
