Question
For the last 11 years, I have owned a dungeon in NYC, which is a legal adult business. I am now ready to retire. How do I go about selling it? It's not exactly like selling a restaurant. Please advise.

Is your question related to how you market it for sale, or what the legal and contractual process is to transfer ownership to a buyer (or both)?
My sense is that the trade mags would be a good place to advertise it, but your first step is to properly valuate the business and get your ducks in line to make sure there are no issues preventing its sale.
