QUESTION: I am 19 years old and currently in the National Guard.  I am very open to new things and very open about the adult world.  I would like to know how i can go about auditioning to become apart of the adult entertainment world.  I am above average and would have no problem performing in front of a clothed audience.  lol  please direct me.

ANSWER: Actually, I'm not sure how compatible working as an Adult Performer would be with your duties in the National Guard or how such activities would be viewed under the UCMJ. I am aware of an incident involving USAF Staff Sergent Michelle Manhart who was actually relived of duty and demoted to Senior Airman because she appeared in Playboy magazine in 2007. Eventually Manhart left the service under great pressure from her superiors. Based on this, I would strongly advise you to seek legal council...or wait until you have completed your military obligation before attempting to enter the Adult Industry.

QUESTION: Does that even matter since i am in drilling status which is 2 days out of the month.  i hold a normal job 28-29 days out of the month.

Honestly, I have no idea. The incident involving Sr. Airman Manhart and the outcome of that situation is the only reference I have on the subject. I have no first hand knowledge of how the UCMJ would apply to your situation nor am I qualified to offer advice on how the Militarily would react to your working as an Adult Performer.

The only advice I can offer would be that you seek the legal council either through the JAG office or a civilian Attorney with extensive experience in Military Law.
