So it is illegal to have sex on film for money in any state other than California.  I live in Texas, can I legally produce Figure Modeling photos and films?  (i.e. no sexual intercourse, no penetration, no oral,  just beautiful women in nude erotic poses?  you know, topless and naked girls dancing and teasing?

Texas actually has some of the most restrictive Laws regarding Adult Material in the U.S. Paying to watch a chick play with herself can actually constitute prostitution in some areas of Texas....

However, you CAN do that type of production in Texas as long as you avoid any actual or simulated sex acts....including masturbation and toy use.
