Question
I found it interesting in your answer that you stated California is the only state to deem that adult video production is not prostitution. However, you seem to ignore the New Hampshire State Supreme Court decision saying essentially the same thing (http://www.citmedialaw.org/blog/2008/nh-supreme-court-rules-porn-not-prostitutio...)  Since it is recent, I assume you were unaware of this decision (it was of interest to me, because we used to shoot in New Hampshire.)

Answer
I am very much aware of the decision in the case of New Hampshire v Theriault and it's implications to the Adult Industry. However, this ruling cannot be characterized as a win for the Porn Industry just yet.

This ruling will require N.H. Lawmakers to settle on a means of regulation for such productions within their jurisdiction, and the creation of legislation to support that regulation. It will also force them to create much more accurate legal definitions of both "Adult Production" and "Prostitution" within their jurisdiction. Until that is actually accomplished...one should not be overly ambitious about filming there.
