Adult Film - California and Pornographic Material

Question
I found it interesting in your answer that you stated California is the only state to deem that adult video production is not prostitution. However, you seem to ignore the New Hampshire State Supreme Court decision saying essentially the same thing (http://www.citmedialaw.org/blog/2008/nh-supreme-court-rules-porn-not-prostitutio...)  Since it is recent, I assume you were unaware of this decision (it was of interest to me, because we used to shoot in New Hampshire.)

Answer
Tony,

Yes, I am familiar with the Theriault case in New Hampshire, and in fact I have referenced it in several of my posts.  Additionally, Rhode Island permits "indoor prostitution" (i.e. brothels and solicitation of prostitution outside are prohibited), but it appears this will change soon (see http://www.boston.com/news/local/rhode_island/articles/2009/05/13/ri_lawmakers_c...).
