Question
Thanks for your help on my previous question.  If I were to rent a hotel in California and produced film/photos of pornography but live in Texas, does that fall within the legal guidelines of producing adult material?

Answer
Yes...provided you meet all of the requirements as outlined in USC Title 18 Section 2257, CFR Title 28 Part 75 and meet the insurance and permit requirements of the State of California. You need to speak with an Attorney who specializes in Adult Industry Law to help you deal with these requirements.

I recommend you speak with Michael Fattorosi of Fattorosi & Associates (http://www.adultbizlaw.com).
