Hello,i have been thinking a lot about getting into the porn industry, i am very curious to know how much women make in adult porn. Also i live in Ohio, so is it a possibility to travel back and forth? Lastly, where do i start? Thank You

Hi Sarah,

There is no "hourly rate" in this business. Adult Performers are paid on a "per scene" basis and the amount they are paid will vary depending on the type of scene, the popularity/experience of the performer in question, and the Production company she is working for at the time.

There are simply too many variables to give you any exact numbers, but the following should be a good starting reference:

Solo Masturbation $500-1000
Girl/Girl          $1000-1500
Girl/Girl (anal)   $1200-1700
Boy/Girl           $1500-2000
Boy/Girl (anal)    $2000-2500
Boy/Boy/Girl (double penetration) $2500-3000

Living in Ohio should not be a problem for you as long as you are willing to put in extensive travel time. Many girls who live in other States visit LA for a couple of weeks each month to work. But in reality, relocation is a better option is you can manage it.

These, and many similar, sites are common playgrounds for all manner of predator and are honestly never used by legitimate Adult Industry Professionals to any real extent.
