I was reading some of your answers pertaining the filming of movies in the US. You say it's only legal in the state of California, my ? is I was at a video store in Puerto Rico looking at all the movies an I saw some movies which clear state made in Puerto Rico . I rented the movie an the stars an places are in PR. How can this be?

Answer
The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is a self-governing unincorporated territory of the U.S....NOT a State. Because of this it's laws and law making process are quite different.

If the Production of such material is legal in Puerto Rico...it is because Puerto Rican Law makers have made allowances for it in much the same way it was done in California.

Unfortunately I am not a specialist in Puerto Rican Law.
