Adult Film - Porn Filming Location

Expert: Dan Pepper - 6/2/2009

Question
Can one use a home for an office/film shoot location in Arizona?

Answer
The issue is not so much whether you can you an office or home for a film shoot, it's whether or not the underlying filming you're doing is legal to begin with.

If the activity you are conducting is illegal, then it is irrelevant where you're doing the shoot.  Even the contracts you have with your talent could be unenforceable.

Your best bet is to retain a qualified lawyer to advise you on the entirety of your planned activities before you even attempt to start shooting anywhere.
