hey there. 1st id like to say you are the best one on this site to answer questions!. well i want to open an adult agency in miami but i dont know what i need. do i need a license? make a coorporation? a tax number? please let me know what i need to do to get my agency up and running. thanks a lot much love.

Hi Leo, and thank you for the compliment.

Yes, in order to open an Adult Talent Agency you will be required to have a business license and a State/Federal Tax ID number. Forming a corporation is not necessarily required, but it is a good idea when starting any type of Adult Business in order to protect your personal assets in the event of a lawsuit.

Your biggest problem with this project is going to be the competition...there are about a dozen Agencies Already operating in Florida alone.
