Different types of penis enlargement schemes work the same way as diets do: It has nothing to do with your body and everything to do with your mentality. If you believe it will work, and you keep trying, then "maybe" it will. MAYBE. That said, there are also studies that show that the penile muscles do not work the same way regular muscles do. In fact these muscles are fibres in the corpora, which are cylindrical tubes in your penis. These tubes are filled with blood when the penis becomes erect, then contract when the penis softens. The muscle fibres in the corpora are hard at work when you have a boner. Otherwise, there isn't an actual muscle in your penis that can be strengthened for the sake of enlargement or lengthening.
In my experience on set, there are no exercises or special techniques that male performers use in order to increase the size of their penis. And, honestly, I've worked with men who all had different lengths and girths. Heck, there are even men in the industry who perform in films with a penis size of 6 inches or under, but may exhibit thicker penises.
While the appearance of a big penis is popular and common in mainstream porn, it literally IS NOT the most important quality of a male performer. When you see a man in a porno, he is there because he can maintain an erection throughout the shoot and come when the director needs him to. It doesn't matter how big your penis is; if you can't keep it up, then you prolong the production and further hurt your chances of getting future work.
If you plan on getting into the industry, your size 7 penis is not going to be an issue. Focus more so on being able to care for your partner during a shoot and learning how to control your ejaculation as well as prolonging your erection.
