Hello.

I'm new to the site so I hope this is going in the correct area. I was just wondering where to find the porn industry on the east coast, more specific to NJ or PA? I've worked in several adult toy shops in the area. I really enjoy the entire atmosphere around the adult entertainment industry! I <b>don't</b> want to act in anything, I'm more looking to be hired behind the scenes in recruiting, make up, scene setup or personal assistants or anything like that. Through all my online searching I can't even find any productions companies in this area. I almost want to mirror the girl i saw on mtv's true life: i work in the sex industry (the girl with the colorful hair). Now granted thats CA but isn't there anywhere for me to get my foot in the door over here? I'm willing to start at the bottom and work my way up! I can't stand corporate america jobs as they look down upon my piercings tattoos and colorful hair!! I'd be interested in any and all aspects but searching online yields nothing.... can you point me in the right direction?"

There are a several studios throughout the east coast.  

The first thing they will ask is if you have a portfolio.  Do you have a picture shoot available?

The reason you can't find anything on the east coast is because filming adult movies outside of CA is illegal.  So the studios are hush hush.
