The thing about porn is that certain body types will always seem popular. For women, it's all about being blonde, big-tittied, and maintaining a slim body. For guys, it's the big penis, chiseled body, and insatiable good looks. This is no different for gay porn actors either. in fact, because it's a male-exclusive community, there is no woman to compete with. That means the expectation to look as good as the next performer is high.
Does this mean your chances of breaking into porn are futile? Of course not.
What must be realized is that porn is a HUGE community. There is literally something for everyone. Which means that someone out there wants to see a twink jerking off or performing naughty deeds with either butch partners or twink boys like yourself.
So, yes, it is realistic to pursue this. However, you have to aim for adult modeling agencies and production companies where they want talent that looks like you. If you try and submit your pictures to agencies where the models are svelte and huge, then you'll obviously get rejected right away.
