Question
If I were to set up an LLC in Florida, set up contracts/releases with adult actresses, and abide by 2257 regulations before filming, what are the risks?

Does it matter if I am the actor and producer? I would be shooting POV style video.

The state of Florida has been prosecuting "extreme" cases, but seem to not be pursuing others in relation to prostitution. What are your thought?

Apologies for my late response.

You still run the risk of violating state prostitution and pandering laws, in addition to violating state and local obscenity laws.  I agree that it is very uncommon for local prosecutors to bring prostitution charges against adult production companies, but at the end of the day, the company's business practices can dictate whether it will attract law enforcement's attention.
