HI my girlfriend and I are thinking about filming our own amateur porn in Florida. We would like to  sell it to sites like clips 4 sale or host it on tube sites. the only problem we have is that we don't know if we will be violating any laws in the state of Florida by filming our own porn and trying to upload it online or sell it certain websites.

There are many laws that apply to the production of adult content, so determining whether or not what you are doing is "legal" depends upon the nature of your content, how you maintain your documentation, and other considerations.  Remember, when you create your own content you become a producer, and are now a regulated business, so you have to ensure you are very familiar with every law and regulation that applies to you.
