I was recorded by a person I was briefly dating without my knowledge or consent. Three years later he is still circulating these to his friends as trophies. I live in Georgia where production of porn is illegal. How can I force him to destroy these copies and find out who he has sent them to?

First off....a couple filming their sexual encounters in the privacy of their own bedroom hardly constitutes "porn production". However, the fact he is circulating it does create certain legal issues.

The distribution of Adult Material, regardless of where and why it was made, requires compliance with USC Title 18 Section 2257 and CFR Title 28 Part 75. You Also definitely have a good basis for a Civil Lawsuit

My recommendation would be for you to hire a VERY GOOD Attorney in your area and file a Lawsuit and look into possible criminal charges based on the Federal Record Keeping and Labeling Laws mentioned above.
