So I'm involved In something called scrotal infusion where saline is injected in the sack and causes the persons balls to grow exponentially enormous. It is also known as saline infusion, saline inflation, scrotal inflation. Its getting very popular in fact. Any guy can walk around with balls the size of a huge melon.
My point is There is no website devoted to this new fetish of giant balls. I want to start off a website and make money on this. I know fellows infusers who are willing to take part in this. However starting off the ground is confusing. How do I get sponsors to my idea? how should I start. where should I host my domain.

I strongly suggest you develop a business plan first.  There are some free templates you can find online which can give you a starting point.  You'll want to determine what your budget is, and identify how that budget should be spent.  When you say seeking sponsors, do you mean you need investors or simply affiliates who will drive traffic to your site?
