I run a small side business called Elitrious Erotica. We are a personalized porn service. We go to the homes of men with porn actresses and tape the two of them in an erotic session. The end result is a personalized DVD for the client. I need to know how would I go about recruiting girls for this business?
There are MANY legal issues for you to be concerned about with this type of business. First, if you are in the U.S., this activity may be considered prostitution and/or pandering. Recruiting talent may be considered solicitation.
This activity would also require your compliance with the federal record keeping and labeling laws, found at 18 USC 2257 and 28 CFR 75.
