Question
I started a business and a website but im finding hard to find pornstarsto hire for my videos and people to come signup to my website can you help. My website is BeNastyProductions.com

Answer
Shantel,

There is no shortage of places to find talent to hire.  If you're targeting the amateur market, you should check out www.modelmayhem.com, www.adulthire.com, and www.sexyjobs.com.  If you want professional talent, there are many agencies out there.  You can find resources at www.thefloatingworld.com.

I took a quick look at your website, and in my opinion it needs a lot of work.  Simply throwing up TGPs (thumbnail gallery posts) is a tough business model nowadays.  I also don't know how and what you're doing marketing/advertising wise.  You can purchase traffic from traffic brokers, but I'd recommend upgrading your site first.  You are also not compliant with the federal record keeping and labeling laws found at 18 USC 2257 and 28 CFR 75 (a good guide can be found here:  http://www.justice.gov/criminal/optf/links/2257-compliance-guide.html).  I would also strongly recommend you include website terms and conditions on your site.

Do further research on what others do - visit the discussion boards at sites like www.cozycampus.com, xbiz.com, and ynot.com and ask questions.
