Question
forms and agreements needed for a scene is model release forms right?but ive also heard about std and pregnancy waivers or is that covered by just having the aim industry testing and should one keep a copy of that as well(along with ids)?

An effective model release is necessary, however if may not be enforceable if you attempt to use one where production of adult content is illegal in your jurisdiction. Comprehensive model releases contain certain provisions regarding STDs and pregnancy, but AIM tests should ALWAYS be administered regardless. I always advise having the results of AIM tests (repeated each month for regular talent) along with all other talent records in the talent file. Be aware that for compliance with 18 USC 2257, however, you need to be careful to segregate your files very carefully.
