I do not know whether or not you can answer my question, but you are the only one in this category that is listed. So, I'll ask, and if you do not know, I will understand.

I am trying to determine the name of an adult film that was made in the 1970s, most likely late 1970s.  

Do you know of a directory that lists adult films by title and year made?

You are probably going to need a little more information to successfully find the name of this film. There were hundreds of films made in the late 70's and with out something more to go on...your search is going to be very difficult.

Even the name of a single performer who appeared in the film would be helpful....
