Hi tying to remove my wife from a porn website called girlsoutwest.com she did some girl/girl stuff and solo six yrs ago ..she got $350 but they want $3000 to take them down ...i have the release forms that says it requires her to be filmed in a state of nudity ?? does not say anywere on the contract that she will be doing sexually explicit content does this void the contract if i go legal to remove it ??? cheers

Without reviewing the specific terms of the contract, there is no way for me to give you a definitive answer.  However, if the contract was breached by the producer by filming your wife outside the terms of the contract, your wife still obviously agreed to do the work nonetheless, which may make your position pretty weak.
