You are talking about two very different things.  If you are talking about where to form your business entity to produce adult films, there are many options, but it depends on whether you want your ownership to remain anonymous on the public record, as well as taxation and management concerns.  There are far too many elements to discuss on this board.

You can register a federal copyright on your movies by visiting www.copyright.gov.

Your bigger issue is producing adult films in Atlanta, Georgia, since you may run afoul of the state's prostitution and pandering laws depending upon the nature of your activities.  You also need to concern yourself with the state's obscenity laws, again depending upon the type of content you're producing and how you intend to distribute it.
