Question
I know that i am not suppose to film porn to sell it in a distributing manor since i dont have a license and dont live in the CA area, but (a)can i have an Adult website and Have sexual Acts from Homemade Videos on the site from people in Mo and (b)possibly sell the Scenes for a small profit with a release from everyone?

The short answer is that it depends.  Whether such a site would be "legal" depends upon whether (a) you have a license from the producers of the content to host and sell the content, (b) you are compliant with the federal record keeping and labeling requirements (the "2257 Regulations"), (c) have appropriate terms and conditions on the site, and (d) you are not violating local obscenity laws.  There may be other considerations as well.  As always, you should NEVER start a business in this industry without getting a qualified attorney in this area to assist you.
