Hello Sir
I have been in the industry from 1998-2004. I worked as an independent contractor. I scouted, filmed (cameraman), edited, basically everything. The company that I worked with used some of the material, in one series, Naughty Wives TV by Sean Michaels. I have some material left that has never been used and I have all the raw footage/masters. Some are edited but has not been distributed. My question is, is there any companies out there that buys real amateur material? I have model releases and two forms of ID. How much will it cost approximately if I were to get them distributed myself or how will I go about finding a company that will pay to lease them or residuals.

First, it's not clear to me that you own, or have the right to distribute this footage. My guess is you performed this work as a "work for hire" such that the production company owns the material.
If you do know definitely that you own the material, and have all of the necessary records to be compliant with 18 USC 2257, you may want to consider testing the market by posting the information on websites like xbiz.com, ynot.com, and similar industry sites. It would also be helpful for you to set up a website where you can offer samples of the footage to gauge interest.
