Hello,
Me and my close friend of many years (I’m a female he is a male.) have been playing with the idea of establishing an adult film talent/ scouting agency. We both reside in the state of CALIFORNIA and wish to have our business located in the Bay Area. Finding the men and women interested in pursuing a career in the adult film industry is the easy part. My question is how do we promote our discovered talents to the production companies? I understand the legal documents and legal technicalities that that are involved and must be covered before promoting an individual.   I am more interested in knowing the steps in establishing gigs for the talent. How do we get in contact with the production companies? Do they require certain steps? Also what is involved? How would one negotiate with the talent and the production companies what are the basic concepts that need to be covered?

This is a difficult question to answer fully here.  The short answer is it depends heavily upon networking and proving to production companies you can deliver good talent.  Once you are able to do that, the production companies will come to you.
