Question
We would like to give dvds (of us having sex) to other people. We have been told that this is not illegal and we are at no risk.  We travel extensively - and are in/out of many different states.

We are also considering using a webcam to let friends watch us have sex (for free).

Again, we are being told this is legal and we have no worries in this area.


We are thinking of a porn site but from reading your answers (about this) we feel we are fairly well educated on the subject - although if we decide to ever do it we will need to ask you some additional questions.

Thanks for the kind words.  You should not assume that this type of activity is not "illegal," as there are federal, state and local laws that govern in this area, especially the federal record keeping and labeling laws at 18 USC 2257.
