I am interested in starting an adult website.  I would like to have material from different performers all around the US to be divided into categories on the site.  My question pertains to finding auditions.  Obviously Im not going to be able to travel to all 50 states to manage auditions personally.  Are there individual state laws about what can be solicited?  In other words would it be legal to advertise in various states to have sample nude, or perhaps just bathing suits/lingerie etc... photos sent in along with copies of their drivers license to verify legal age?
