hello Mr. Pepper
 i live in Texas and i was wondering which are the conditions and terms that i need in this state? and i know that the production of pornography is illegal, so what do i need after the filming is done in a different state (California?) if i run the website from Texas?

I know of no Texas-specific laws regarding the hosting of an adult website, except that you'll need to comply with local obscenity laws.  There are certain federal laws that apply regarding record keeping and labeling (18 USC 2257 and 18 CFR 75) you may need to comply with, and if your website terms and conditions apply Texas governing law, you'll want to make sure that Texas laws as they relate to parties entering into a contract in Texas apply.
