I have a video of my X sucking a cock and I wanted to post this on an porn site and share it with all her friends and family. I understand this is all fairly inhumane of me. Nevertheless, I am wondering what the legalities are. She consented to the video, although there isn't any written proof. I live in Canada and have been looking online for the laws on this stuff and not really sure where to start and or whats reliable information. I understand you do not answer ?'s directed from Canada, perhaps you have some advice and resources where I can find these answers.

Without a signed model release, what you are proposing will likely land you in more legal trouble than you can ever imagine. I see both civil and criminal prosecutions in your future.

On a personal note...only a real piece of SH*T would feel the need to seek this kind of revenge. I'm not at all surprised she dumped you.
