Im a college student in need of some extra cash and i my friend said she makes a ton of money as a nude web cam model in her spare time at home. I want to be in compliance with local, state, and federal obscenity laws. i will be performing live nude shows to paying customers is this legal or considered prostitution in washington and since i am a live performer selling access to my private shows would this be considered as "Promoting Pornography" also if you can't answer my question, do you have any advice on what type of lawyer i should consult with or speak to about this matter. or do you have any resources or links to any specific sights that will help me answer these questions

I am not aware of any laws in Washington prohibiting the "promotion of pornography," however the link I gave you will address "pandering," which is the promotion of prostitution.

With anyone looking to get in the adult business, I STRONGLY advise you consult with a qualified attorney before you get started.
