Hello, I would like to know if you could please just offer a little assistance or clarification? I live here in Georgia. I have recently performed nude on an adult webcam site. Just this morning I came across online information and I am now hoping I have not violated any laws with my performance! It was solo, but included masturbation, both vaginal and anal, The site is 18 an up only. They also allow users to 'tip' the performer. I received tips, but have not claimed them either. Have I broken any laws? Is it okay for consenting adults to perform on webcams here in Georgia?

Specifically: "A person commits the offense of prostitution when he or she performs or offers or consents to perform a sexual act, including but not limited to sexual intercourse or sodomy, for money or other items of value."
Performing on web cam in Georgia is a high-risk endeavor, and may violate the Georgia prostitution laws.
