What's the best/appropriate way to interview female models before a film shoot... both on the phone and when they show up prior to shooting?

Hello again Belinda,

I appreciate your eagerness to give me a high rating, but ratings are not why I have volunteered my time on this site for nearly 4 years now. My goal is simply to answer questions about this Industry and help people find the information they are looking for. I'm not here for self-promotion, or to feed my own over-inflated ego...I'm just here to answer people's questions about the greatest damn business on the planet.

Anyway....on to your question.

The best advice I can give you on finding talent is that you use the resources of of the Adult  Talent Agencies. It's literally just "shopping" for talent...

Going through an Agency eliminates a tremendous amount of hassles. Because these girls have generally been in the business for a while and know what is expected of them, they are more reliable and professional than prospects you will find through other means.

When you visit an Agency site and go through the profiles, you see several pictures of the girls as well as information such as heir age, measurements, hair/eye color, nationality, height/weight, tattoos, availability dates, and the types of sex acts they are willing to do on camera (Boy/Girl, Alan. Gangbangs, etc).

Once you go through their list of available talent and find the model/performer that fits your needs, you simply contact the Agency and they will put you in contact with the girl/s you decided on. You will, of course, have the opportunity to talk to the girl directly and discuses the project.

When you do get to the point that you are speaking to the model/performer directly...simply tell them exactly what you need from them. Keep in mind this is porn...so political correctness is not necessary. They will also have questions...so try to answer them with as much clarity as possible.
