I have my own adult website and it's legally covered after reading your previous answers. (I live in Porn Valley and had 2 attourneys work on it). Everything is almost ready to go...

My question is this...

1. For adult merchant accounts, is clickbank any good? If so or not, why? And do you have other recommendations for other adult merchant accounts I could use? Also interested in European adult merchant accounts, if any you know of?

2. In your opinion, what is the best program or service for an adult affiliate account so I can set up to start attracting affiliates to join my program?

Consulting with a qualified Attorney is always a good idea for anyone interested in getting involved in the Adult Industry. Far too many people ignore that advice and find themselves in a world of legal hurt as a result.
