Hello Jim, I was referd to you by Jim Boyd.I’m thinking of doing some amateur scenes for fun and profit. I would like to put them on sites like clips for sale, but also download them to my own personal site. I need someone to say ok this is what you need as far as compliance laws, these are the forms, this is were you need to keep them, and for how long. Also amenity, how to keep my identity protected. I’m sure these are all questions an adult entertainment layer can answer; I just don’t know where to find one who is credible and not a crook. Do you have any advice that would be helpful to me, are anyone you can recommend I speak with?

As you note in your post, there are a number of laws to consider.  You did not indicate your age or location, but I am assuming you are at least 18 years of age and are located in the United States - if this is not the case, I cannot help you.
