Hello!
Although I have my compliance records being held at Pepper Law group (just started!) I know I must keep backup records on my own computer or on DVD/CD.

Question:
how do I organize my directories / folders to hold the correct documents and videos / photos to be in compliance?

ie if i am a performer "StageName1" starring in my own video "MOVIE01"  with another performer "StageName2" to be uploaded to Clips4Sale AND my own site then what do I need to have on my computer or DVD/CD record backup?

Am I required to organize files three separate ways?

A)  According to the models’ legal name (alphabetized by LAST name)

B) According to the stage/porn name/s the model used in your production/s (alphabetized by last name).

C)  According to the title of the production/video/DVD.

So, for 2 actors in same 2 movies:

For as long as 2257Sentry acts as your custodian of records, you are not required to also maintain and categorize your records in line with the 2257 regulations.  If you wish to do so anyway, we should walk through it via a consultation with me, but in short you need to have the model's real name, stage name, and production title all cross referenced in your records.
