Hi Jim. That's pretty cool to have you as an expert and help us clear up many of our questions.
I'm living in Vancouver, Canada. I'm about to launch an adult photo contest website where anybody (females) from around the world can compete for the best, the most original, kinkiest, sexiest photo shot and win cash. Now, I suppose that I have to have the contributors / contestants / models fill out a 18usc2257 form. This is the first time I'm doing this. How does it work, do this people have to download my pdf form once, fill it out and mail it back to me with copies of documents, photos..etc, and what about the custodian of records? Can I keep the records, do I have to find somebody else that will be my custodian of records, how and where to find him/her...

Hi Daniel,

This is kind of a tricky one because there are several factors that need to be talked about and I need a little more information.

Is this site going to simply be displaying nude photos submitted by viewers or will it show photos of viewers actually engaged in sex acts such as intercourse or masturbation?

I know what you are thinking and yes it matters… ;-)
