Of what background do most female pornstars come from before getting into doing porns? And how many of them are completely natural without any plastic surgery? (Percentile?) Would you happen to know where one can purchase cheap yet high quality sex dolls?

I only have quick answers for these questions, as I can't really give you definitive answers - there are none.
There is no one obvious background that porn girls come from. They are all different ethnic types, from all different social groups and parts of the world. They are all different. If there was one profession that led into porn more than any other, it would be stripping. The one thing most porn girls have in common is that they get involved in porn for the money. The money can be good. But then that can be said about many professions. That's why people work: for money.
The percentage of natural pornstars I would guess, right now, is around 50 percent, but maybe less. There are no definitive statistics. If you include amateur girls, the percentage is higher.
It's hard to find sex dolls that are both cheap and of high quality. I have never used one, so I'm not really the best person to ask about them.
