Adult Film/Becoming an Adult Director.

Question
My question is after I find the girls, the man, talents are tested, and the video is done and edited, what do I do?

How do I get it published and on the shelves, or distributed on the internet?

Do I require any type of licenses myself?

Besides going out to find girls to cast in my video, how can I find girls in my area using the internet?

Where do I send people to get tested for STD? (I live in cali, san jose)

The way I think it would go down is I go out and find the talents, get my own cards to show people I'm serious about this, put the scenes together and edit it, and go to some company and have it published. If they like the video and the girls, I'm assuming I just recruited new talent and am trusted as a director and can get signed somehow?

My main goal through this is to be a big time porn director and having enough money to produce another film with known porn stars who would no doubt rake in more money.

Add anything that you think I should know too, please. :)

Thanks in advanced.

A) Not that I am aware of…possibly a business lic.

Nothing great is achieved overnight.

Questions that I specifically can NOT answer are questions either pertaining to and/or are related to the gay or transgendered sides of the adult industry, any questions related to the adult biz outside of the USA and Porn Star “where are they now” questions. I am also sorry but I can NOT help any men (straight, bisexual or gay) trying to get into the industry either. The best bet for you guys would be to check out- breakingintoporn.com.

Finally you must be 18 or older if you intend to receive an answer to your question...no one in adult will help you until you are of LEGAL AGE! Anyone sending in a question who states that they are under age WILL NOT GET AN ANSWER! I am not trying to be mean...its just the LAW.
