Hello my name is Daxe and I am eighteen years old. I know you get asked this question like five million times a year but at my age where would be the best place to start for me to get involved in the business. Because usually the average male pornstar is between the ages of 221 to 30, so would a guy of the age of eighteen start out in. I live in Portland, Oregon, and my cousin was only taping movies for one year but she went back to college, we're quite close, but she really can't help me much(Micah Moore). I would even do Gay for Pay if that would get me somewhere.

Daxe, you need to understand that there is an abundance of men wanting to be male pornstars. So many that the supply is much bigger than the demand, therefore your odds of actually finding work in this industry is very slim.

Now that being said, it wouldn’t hurt for you to contact one of the dozen or so reputable Adult Talent Agencies and try to talk with some one about what you ant to do. Most of them have websites and are relatively easy to find with sufficient effort. Just don’t get your hopes up. Even if you manage to find one willing to work with you. Signing with an agent will in no way guarantee that you will ever actually be offered any work.


I DO NOT advise doing “gay for pay” as a means of eventually getting into straight porn. Contrary to popular belief and the advise of other “experts” (all who happen to be within gay porn circles) this is NOT a good idea at all and the truth is that doing that will actually DECREASE your chances of ever working in straight porn.
