how ya doing?

I'm not sure if anyone has asked you this question, but I recently decided to start my own adult movies.Sadly I cannot  find enough female actress. I was wondering if you knew any way to find actresses, and even actors to work for me. Also I how much should an amateur star make?

Answer
You should check with the la agents.....then get a feel for what rates are in YOUR area and then compromise in realistic rates. Unfortunately the industry does NOT have anything resembling either the international brotherhood of teamsters or even a SAG type of group for any portion of adult.
