hey Jim, I'm just looking for work as either onset crew or as an office P.A.  I've
done it on Non-porn shoots and I was wondering how I go about getting adult
film work. Any thoughts would be appreciated.  thank you for your time.

Getting a job as office help or as part of a crew requires only that you be qualified for the job and is in no way as difficult as becoming a performer.

I would suggest you treat it like any other job and simply send in your resume along with a list of your qualifications to a few production companies.
